Job Description:

Tamarack Aerospace Group, Inc. seeks to recruit an entry level Sales Associate to assist the Sales Director as the team executes the sales strategy for our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the research, follow-up, communication, and organization of the sales team. Confirm the sales flow process and ensure leads are closed by the sales team and final documents are executed and coordinated with production, installation, and accounting. Provide feedback and recommendations on the process by which the Sales Team is meeting pre-determined sales targets and increasing our market share.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Coordinate strategic sales plans for each of our sales regions that successfully achieve business objectives

·      Organize reports for sales team members on current sales status and changes

·      Coordinate professional and personalized delivery of each aircraft to their respective owners and a planned follow-up with each customer at regular intervals

·      Assist in the development of a positive long-term relationship with key clients

·      Work with Marketing to optimize outreach and drive sales

·      Ensure that leads, sale activity, and outcomes are tracked in our CRM tools in an accurate and timely fashion

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in sales, preferably in the aviation business 
  • Lead development skills through email, texts, social media, and other platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience using CRM software background knowledge and experience in the aviation industry

Other:

  • Must be able to pass an FAA/DOT pre-employment drug test
