  • Spearheading the sales journey from initial contact to the successful closure.
  • Diligently tracking progress within our CRM.
  • Being a key link between prospective customers and our revolutionary aviation solutions.

This role is crafted for a self-motivated, organized, and charismatic individual who thrives in a remote setting yet is a collaborative team player committed to sales excellence. Regular participation in sales huddle meetings is vital, as is the willingness to travel for industry sales events and provide stellar customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategizing regional sales plans to meet business objectives.

- Maintaining detailed reports on sales activities and market trends.

- Ensuring personalized aircraft delivery and consistent follow-up with clients.

- Fostering long-term relationships with key clients and supporting Marketing in driving sales initiatives.

- Precisely track leads and sales activities within CRM systems.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years in sales, aviation industry sales experience preferred.

- Proven ability to generate leads and communicate effectively across various platforms.

- Strong organizational skills with a flair for nurturing client relations.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, CRM software, and a proactive approach to sales.
