Job Description:

Tamarack Aerospace Limited seeks to recruit an experienced International Salesperson to execute the sales strategy for our International customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales, engaging with leads and closing sales, meeting pre-determined sales targets and increasing our market share. Tamarack’s strategic plans set forth specific goals for the launch of new products into new markets through the use of additional channels.  As an International Salesperson, you will be a critical member of Tamarack’s international team as we continue our organic growth.


Key responsibilities include:

·      Implement strategic sales plans for the international customers that successfully achieve business objectives

·      Coordinate scheduling with customer and transformation center (specifically Oxford, England)

·      Present sales strategies and market analysis to the Sales Director and Tamarack leadership team

·      Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals

·      Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals

·      Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success

·      Measure and report to leadership team on sales performance relative to goals

·      Act as “voice of the customer” at Tamarack Limited, providing a channel for customer feedback to engineering and product management

·      Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients

·      Work closely with Marketing to optimize marketing outreach and drive sales

·      Represent Tamarack at major industry trade shows such as NBAA, owner organization conventions such as Citation Jet Pilots Association, and dealer sponsored events

·      Deliver presentations at industry events on Tamarack technology and programs

·      Ensure that leads, sale activity and outcomes are tracked in our CRM tools in an accurate and timely fashion


·      Hold at least commercial pilot’s license (turbine time preferred)

·      Previous experience in international sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization

·      Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients

·      Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts

·      Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·      Ability to coordinate in multi-language environments

·      Experience using CRM software

·      Background knowledge and experience in the aviation industry


·      Must be able to pass an FAA/DOT pre-employment drug test

·      Candidate must have or have the ability to obtain a US passport

·      Pay commensurate with experience and skill

·      Travel will be required
